WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Morristown Medical Center
Morristown Medical Center is the leading provider of healthcare services in northern New Jersey.
This private, not-for-profit hospital has been designated a Regional Trauma Center, Regional Perinatal Center and five-time designee as a Magnet Hospital for Excellence in Nursing Service. MMC has also been designated as a Center for Excellence in orthopedics, cancer care (Carol G. Simon Cancer Center), pediatrics (Goryeb Children's Hospital) and cardiovascular care (Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute). Morristown Medical Center is an important teaching and research hospital as well as the second largest employer in Morris County.
Our fundraising efforts advance the quality of healthcare for MMC patients and visitors by supporting the dedicated doctors, nurses and healthcare providers with new teaching technologies and state of the art equipment. In addition we offer and award scholarships to MMC staff who wish to further pursue careers in the healthcare field.
