Cathy O’Neal has been a WAMMC member for more than 25 years. It all started when she was encouraged by friends to join what they described as a great group of women who volunteered on behalf of Morristown Memorial Hospital. Rich in history and tradition, WAMMC quickly revealed itself as a focused and well-run organization. Cathy has enjoyed learning from others in her roles as WAMMC Assistant Treasurer, Mansion in May Café volunteer, and a variety of Committee Chairs. In her new role as Vice President of Healing Services, Cathy is looking forward to having the opportunity to work with volunteers and MMC team members who are dedicated to improving the experiences of patients, visitors, healthcare workers and caregivers. In May of 2025, she will be Co-Chairing Designer Sales at WAMMC’s Mansion in May. When asked about her involvement in WAMMC, Cathy tells us that she is grateful to have the opportunity to volunteer for an organization that has continued to make a difference for more than 130 years!
