Amanda Fisher joined WAMMC in 2021 and has been on the Board since 2022, first as a Member at Large then Chair of the new Communications, Website & Social Media Committee. In 2025, Amanda was nominated to serve on the Executive Board as Vice President of Marketing, Fundraising, Communications and Social Media.

After attending a new member welcome meeting right after joining the Women's Association, Amanda was asked to co-chair Collectibles for a Cause for the 2022 Farm to Table fundraiser, then joined the Long Range Planning and Information Technology committees. She also coordinated Mansion in May 2023 and 2025 website, communications and social media efforts.

Amanda is committed to giving back to Morristown Medical Center after her premature daughter received extraordinary care in Sam's NICU during Covid. Amanda is on the Project Sweet Peas Board of Directors and serves as Division Coordinator for Morristown and Overlook Medical Centers where she provides care packages and support materials to NICU families. In addition, Amanda serves on Sam's NICU Family Advisory Council and is a parent buddy to help guide current NICU parents during their journey.

Amanda is honored to have received WAMMC's 2022 Rookie of the Year volunteer award and is excited to continue to contribute with passion alongside this group of amazing volunteers.
