Amanda Fisher joined the Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center in 2021 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2025. She previously served as a Member at Large and chaired the brand-new Communications, Website & Social Media Committee. Her extensive event leadership includes co-chairing the 2022 Collectibles for a Cause fundraiser and directing digital communications, website, and social media efforts for the 2023 and 2025 Mansion in May events. Amanda's immediate impact and dedication earned her WAMMC’s 2022 Rookie of the Year volunteer award.

Amanda’s deep commitment to healthcare philanthropy is personal. After her daughter received extraordinary care in Sam’s NICU during COVID-19, she vowed to give back to the Morristown Medical Center community. Today, she serves on Sam’s NICU Family Advisory Council and acts as a peer mentor for current NICU parents and baby hugger. Extending her advocacy regionally, Amanda is also a Board Member and Division Coordinator for Project Sweet Peas, where she coordinates care packages and support resources for families at both Morristown and Overlook Medical Centers.
